Hi, thanks for calling Maple Ridge Landscaping. The owner is out on a job right now, but I can take your info so he can call you back. What can we help with?
Hi, I'm looking to get an estimate on a paver patio.
Sure. Can I get your name?
Dana Reyes.
Thanks, Dana. What's the best number to reach you?
860-555-0142.
And the address where the patio would go?
42 Maple Street in Glastonbury.
Got it. Do you have a rough size in mind, or anything about the space he should know?
Maybe 16 by 20, off the back deck. The yard slopes a little.
That's helpful. Any timing you're hoping for?
Ideally this fall. Ballpark, what does something like that cost?
I can't give prices, but the owner will go over that when he calls you back. He'll want to see the space first. Anything else he should know?
No, that's it.
Got it. I've taken down everything, and he'll call you back soon. Thanks, Dana.

I started Fresh Cut Lawncare Solutions myself, and I do the work myself: mowing, cleanups, the jobs that start early and end late.
I've always liked building things and finding problems I can solve for people. On a job, my phone stays in my pocket. I'd finish up, see missed calls, and not know if one was a big job or a wrong number. So I built an assistant to answer for me. It worked, so now I set it up for other contractors around Hartford.
Outside of work I run cross country and ride mountain bikes and dirt bikes. Same idea as business: show up, put in the work, finish what you start.
When you work with me, you deal with me. No call center, no account manager.
Not on the list? Ask anyway. If you're close, we can probably work it out.
Fair question. School comes first during the day, so I reply after school and on weekends. I'll always give you an honest timeline, and I'll stick to it.
No. It takes the details and you decide what to charge and when to go look.
Yes. Your calls forward to it when you don't pick up, and I walk you through the one-time setup.
It still takes their info and flags it, so you decide if it's worth the drive.
Text or email me and I'll fix it the same day or tell you exactly when it'll be fixed.
About a week from our first call.
Yes. No contracts that lock you in.
No. It works on the phone number you already have.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. I'll show you how it works and tell you straight if it's a fit for your business.
